Counseling Center is made up of members who all have unique credentials
that make them a vital part of the work we do. |

ADAM BOOTH
Adam Booth, board Vice-President, currently serves as
the Director of the Columbiana County Board of
Elections. Adam is a native of Columbiana County and
graduated from the Crestview Local School system. He
received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political
Science from Youngstown State University and his
Master’s Degree of Applied Politics from the University
of Akron. Adam has worked in several political
capacities across the state of Ohio before ultimately
being appointed to his current position with the County
Elections Board. Adam also serves as Vice Chairman of
the Columbiana County Republican Party and is a member
of the New Waterford Lions Club. Adam served as a
Governing Board Member of the Columbiana County
Educational Service Center from 2008-2011. In 2010 Adam
married his wife Ashley (Souder) of Columbiana and they
currently reside in New Waterford. |

REVEREND
PAMELA J. GABLE
Reverend Pam Gable was born and raised in
Massillon, but lived and worked for 36 years in Virginia
before returning to Ohio in July 2008 to serve as pastor
of Lisbon First United Methodist Church. After college,
Pam first worked at the FBI as a cryptanalyst and
translator. After her sons were born, she spent many
years in early childhood education and as a Christian
educator before entering pastoral ministry. She is
married to Rhett who is retired from the FBI and
currently serves as a substitute bus driver for Lisbon
Schools. Pam and Rhett have two grown sons, Brian and
Kevin (married to Danielle) and one grandson, Mason, who
live out of state. Pam and Rhett love living in Lisbon! |

CHARLES B. LANG
Attorney Lang, the Chairman for life, has been in the financial arena since
1965 and has served on our board since 1967. He founded the 1st
National Community Bank of East Liverpool and serves as the banking chairman
and trust officer. He served as President of 1st Banc, Inc. and President of Gateminder Corporation. Additional accomplishments and affiliations include: vice president of M.D.H. Investment Management, Inc.; director of D.W.
Dickey and Sons, Inc.; past trustee of Crandell Medical Center in Sebring;
past chairman of East Liverpool City Hospital Board; past Rotary District
Governor; past chairman Western Reserve Economic Development Center;
co-chairman Tri-State Economic Development and Growth Exchange; New Life
Academy Board; and chairman
Columbiana County Progress Council. |

ROGER E.
LINSLEY
Mr. Linsley is the Funeral Director for Oliver-Linsley
Funeral Home in East Palestine, and the Cemetery Operator for Crest Haven
Memorial Gardens. He is a member of the East Palestine Rotary and
serves on the East Palestine Board of Health. |

SHAWNA L.
L'ITALIEN, ESQ.
Member of Columbiana County Board of Trustees since
2005; currently serves as President. Is a partner
with the law firm of Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell, Ltd.
in Salem, Ohio; is Chairwoman of the firms’ Associate
Development Committee. Received Athena Leadership
Award from the Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber and
the Vindicator in May, 2010; the Community Foundation of
the Mahoning Valley’s 40 Under 40 Shining Star MVP Award
in 2009; and the Ohio State Bar Foundation’s 2011
Community Service Award for Lawyers 40 and Under for
District 13 and Statewide; and is a United High School
Wall of Fame Inductee, 2011. Is a member of the Board
of the Charitable Foundation of Salem Community
Hospital; a member of the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce
Legislative Affairs Committee; a member of the Salem
Area Chamber of Commerce President’s Club; a member of
the Business Advisory Board for the Salem Area
Industrial Development Corporation; a Board Member for
the United Community Scholarship Foundation; and Board
Member and Vice President for Salem Kiwanis. |

ROBERT MC CULLOCH, III
Mr. McCulloch, immediate past President, is the executive vice president of
investments and branch manager for Parker/Hunter - a division of Janney
Montgomery Scott LLC. He has been a Certified
Financial Planner since 1985. Additional accomplishments and affiliations include: trustee for Pearce
Foundation, St. Paul's School Foundation and Salem Public Library; former
director and president United Way Services of Northern Columbiana County;
director and treasurer of Salem Community Foundation; director and
secretary/treasurer of Salem Community Health Foundation; and member of Kent
State (Salem Campus) Advisory Board. |

TODD MC
CORMICK
Mr. McCormick is a former college instructor at
Kent
State, land surveyor, bookstore clerk, house painter, an
entrepreneur, mathematics and computer program authoring
for Cleveland NASA and Kennametals respectively. He is
a life member of MENSA, the international high IQ
society, Guild of American Luthiers, former member of
American Model Academy, Mathematical Association of
America,
First Friends Church,
Kent
Jewish Community Center, and the Unitarian Universalist
Church. Has completed all but dissertation in pure
mathematics; is a member of various support groups. Mr.
McCormick is author of The Ephemeral Mind of a
Climber, a socio-biographical fictional work on
co-dependence and freedom from addictions and the
climbing subculture.

MARTHA N. MOORE
Mrs.
Moore is currently the treasurer for Moore M/R Specialty in Salem Ohio.
She was a previous 10-year member of the ACLD Board in Youngstown. She
currently serves on the Apple Grove Homes Board; the Mental Health Clinic
Board; Vestry Church of Our Saviour; and the Salem Community Theater Board. |

JENNY PIKE
Mrs. Pike, currently the secretary/treasurer, is a Freelance Merchandiser whose skills
include networking, marketing and public relations. Her board/civic
associations include the Humane Society of Columbiana County and Columbiana
Extension Service Board. |

LEONARD PRITCHARD, M.D.
Dr. Pritchard is a retired physician who
served in Columbiana County for many years. His interest in music, and
the calliope specifically, has given him notoriety with "Pritch's Pipes," a
mobile unit that he enjoys playing in the local parks and parades.
Additional
accomplishments and affiliations include:
President of the Pittsburgh Theater Organ Society;
Director of Columbiana Chamber of Commerce; Board Member
and Newsletter Editor for the Columbiana Historical
Society; Elder and Choir Member for the Columbiana

MICHAEL J.
PUSATERI, JR.
Mr. Pusateri is the owner and president of Mike
Pusateri Excavating Inc. and Pipelines, Inc. Mike's skills include
employee management and construction knowledge. He is a member of the
Porsche Club of America and enjoys car racing, gardening and skiing. |

STEVEN D. STEER, CPA, CVA
Steven D. Steer is a principal with Hack, Steer & Co.,
LLC. Mr. Steer has extensive experience in consulting
with individuals and business owners on accounting and
tax issues. He has more than 20 years experience in the
tax departments of national and regional accounting
firms and continues as the chief tax resource for Hack,
Steer & Company, LLC. In addition, he has directed
valuations of closely-held businesses for purposes of
the adoption of ESOPs, gift and estate taxes, buying and
selling businesses, litigation and buy-sell agreements.
He has been a frequent speaker and lecturer at
university-sponsored seminars and before business groups
as an expert witness in Mahoning, Stark, Trumbull and
Columbiana County courts. Mr. Steer earned his B.S.
degree in accounting from
Malone University
and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1983.
He earned the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst
from the National Association of Certified Valuation
Analysts in 1996. |

PAUL
W. TAYLOR
Mr. Taylor received a Bachelor of Science in Education
from The Ohio State University in 1952 and a Master’s
Degree in Education in 1964. Additional graduate work
was done at
West Virginia University,
Kent State University and Akron University. He is a
member of Phi Mu Delta, Epsilon Pi Tau and Phi Delta
Kappa fraternities and The Ohio State University Alumni
Association. In addition to his serving as
superintendent of the Beaver Local School District from
August 1982 through December of 1985, his professional
experiences include industrial arts teacher and guidance
counselor of Wintersville High School, principal of
Buchanan Junior High School, superintendent of the
Strasburg-Franklin Local School District, acting
superintendent of the Buckeye Joint Vocational School.
He was also associate executive director of the Buckeye
Association of School Administration, where his chief
responsibility was lobbying the Ohio General Assembly
and the U.S. Congress. He is a past member of the
Eastern District of the Ohio High School Athletic
Association and a member of the Buckeye Association of
School Administrators. He is listed in Who’s Who in the
Midwest and Who’s Who in American Education. His family
includes his wife, Phyllis at home, and three daughters,
a son and three grandsons. |

VERONICA WOLSKI
Mrs. Wolski served as the Columbiana County Recorder
for 20 years before retiring.
Additional accomplishments and affiliations include: Treasurer for the
Community Relations Board of FCI, Elkton; President of the Columbiana County
Chapter of Public Employee Retirees, Inc.; Columbiana County Metropolitan
Housing Board Chairman; AARP - Columbiana County Chapter; West Point Lion's
Club; and St. Agatha Church Parish Council. |
